Tentative Schedule:

Cocktail hour from 6:00pm to 7:00pm

Dinner from 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Dancing, dessert, and good times for the rest of the evening!

Menu:

Cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres and a full bar.

Dinner including fresh baked rolls and butter, salad, and an entree of your choice followed by wedding cake for dessert. Full bar and variety of non-alcoholic drinks include coffee (regular and decaf), freshly brewed iced tea, hot tea, soda, and water. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or would prefer a vegetarian entree on your RSVP card.

Salad–Spinach Salad with Bacon and Boursin Cheese: Baby spinach with mandarin oranges and candied pecans, served with house made honey cider vinaigrette or house made basil shallot vinaigrette (the basil shallot dressing is green and looks weird, but it’s absolutely delicious)

Chicken Option–Chicken Saltimbocca: An airline chicken breast stuffed with fresh sage, prosciutto, and ricotta cheese topped with whole grain mustard cream sauce. Served with roasted redskin potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables

Beef Option–Black and Bleu Filet Mignon: 10 oz. Ohio aged filet of beef with a cabernet sauvignon demi-glaze, topped with herbed Maytag blue crumbles and homemade crispy onions served with roasted redskin mashed potatoes, carrots, and sugar snap peas
